Not satisfied with your order? We're sorry to hear that, and we'd love to know how we can make things right.

You can return your order within 14 days, and we'll ensure that the purchase amount is refunded to your bank account within 7 working days after receiving the return.*

Returns

Contact Centri Shop in advance if you wish to return a product. You can do this by sending an email to: centrishopcontact@gmail.com

If applicable, Centri Shop will send you a return form via email.

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item, and these costs may vary.

If you are returning an item or items with a value higher than €20, Centri Shop recommends using a shipment with purchase insurance. Centri Shop cannot guarantee that your returned item will reach the partner.

Return Steps

Step 1: Email Centri Shop and receive the return form. Step 2: Fill out the return form. Step 3: Send your order. Step 4: Receive the remaining amount in your account.

Once the partner has received the package in good order, Centri Shop will ensure that the outstanding amount is refunded to your bank account within 7 working days after receiving it.

*Returning personalized items (such as bracelets with names or dates) and hygiene products (such as bras, underwear, masks, toothbrushes, beauty products, etc.) is not legally possible.
