ORDER AND DELIVERY

When can I expect my order? The average delivery time is between 5 and 7 days. Our products are shipped directly from the supplier to you, allowing us to save significantly on storage and transportation costs. This unique business model enables us to offer products at a lower price than competitors, with shipping costs covered by us.

My expected delivery time has passed; where is my order? In 99% of cases, orders are delivered within the expected timeframe. Occasionally, there may be delays in the delivery process. You can track your order through the email you receive once the package is shipped. If you haven't received anything three days after the expected delivery time, please contact us.

What are the shipping costs? Shipping costs are entirely FREE for the buyer; we cover these costs.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

I'm not satisfied with my order; can I return it? Yes, you can return the order to us within 30 days.

I want to return an item; what should I do? If you're not satisfied with your order, you can exchange or return it within 30 days of receipt. Products must be returned in their original condition with labels and tags. The product should not show any signs of use. Request a return form via centrishopcontact@gmail.com

A return shipment must always have a Track & Trace code. The sender is responsible for the costs and the shipment itself.

Once we receive the items you've returned, we'll ensure that the purchase amount is refunded to your account within 7 days.
